Family stay in Cascais

Incredibly helpful and polite staff. Cozy family room and stunning view of the sea. Convenient location and on site parking. Nice playground for the kids.

There should be tea and coffee facilities in the room and the room service menu could be more extensive. When travelling with small children it's not always possible to go out for dinner, so it would be nice to have more options to order an earlier meal to the room.

The room facing the sea was super with big balconies. The breakfast had a lot of varieties and a good view. The location was close to the sea and major attractions, and it was walking distance to the city. Super.

Superb hotel in wonderful Cascais.

Superb breakfast. Large, comfortable room with fantastic sea view. Tea/coffee making facilities brought to our room when we asked for them. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location within easy walking distance of marina, restaurants, shops and beaches and about 15 minutes walk from train station with frequent trains to Lisbon.

Lifts are small so some queuing at busy times. We used the stairs sometimes after asking the receptionist for their location as they are not in a prominent place or signposted.

The location, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant, they were all so helpful and kind, nothing was too much to ask, they arranged it immediately. Great breakfast and dinner. The location is awesome across the ocean, near the Marina en beautiful center with loads of restaurants and other shops

Staff were excellent, although overworked. Location was very good within easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. Staff responded quickly to replace a faulty lamp.

Very small reception desks where 2 staff were run off their feet especially when large groups were checking in. Bed was very creaky , very noisy. Otherwise comfortable. In general room was in need of an update. Room safe cost extra. We had a junior suite which I didn't think was great value for money but we wanted a double bed with sea view. With hindsight we should have selected a twin room which also offered a view.

Saved.

We were placed in rm 440 which was moldy smelling and the AC didn’t work. We called for help and it was not fixed. We told the desk we needed a new room and were given room 306 which was much larger( worth the $300+) , cool and great. We were also offered complimentary dinners but had already eaten at a restaurant.

Very enjoyable and would visit again.

The location was amazing we had a lovely sea view. The gardens and swiming pool area was lovely we had some beaturiful walks to the Marina and ~Boca do Inverno was only a 10 minute walk where there are stunning views.Cascias was only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

There were many groups of people and it was very noisey in the restuarant in the evening and Breakfast. Also around the pool on one occasion very noisey group of men who I believe were in that area for the Golf.

A beautiful, welcoming hotel with outstanding views

Outstanding balcony and view and a great location. Shared/outdoor areas were spotless and very pretty. Chilled vibe. Pool pictures do not do it justice - it looked beautiful day and night. Good quality buffet and reasonably priced drinks.

Being picky, the room was old-fashioned and the furniture dated/scuffed but this is not really important to us. The reception lifts were busy but we found out that there was another lift and stairs just before we were leaving.Also, a general observation about lovely Caiscaix Didn’t realise the resort was so windy - brace yourself!
